Do you have a tea service?

We offer a variety of beverages free with every salon visit, including People's coffee, a selection of black and herbal teas, hot chocolate, and filtered water.

 

Is there parking available?

There is convenient parking available within the Kilbirnie Plaza. Although you do have to register your vehicle at the pay station, the first 90 minutes is free.

 

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Although it may be more relaxing to enjoy your service without children, they are very welcome in our salon and we can provide colouring pencils and paper, a refreshment, and/or baby calming if required.

 

Am I able to work in salon?

Absolutely, we support multi-tasking. Each station has a powerpoint to enable you to charge your phone or laptop.

 

Can I bring food to my appointment?

Yes, you can bring food to your appointment. Some big colour services take several hours so it's important to stay fuelled up!

  

How will I know how long my appointment will take and/or how much it will cost?

Although we have a full price list online, there are other factors (such as length, thickness, or previous colour) that can affect your timing or pricing. We are happy to provide you a full quote at the time of your consultation if requested.

What payment options do you have?

You can pay via online banking, or in-salon via voucher, cash, card, or Afterpay. All bills must be settled at the end of the appointment.
